Our 3,000 square foot industrial factory is located in Oakville, CT and has been described as the essence of authenticity when it comes to today’s trends. From the most laid-back occasions to life's biggest moments, Cafe Bravado has worked hard to create a venue that delivers and a menu with mouthwatering items that suit every palate.

ABOUT DEXTER MYLES
Chef Dexter's love of cooking started at a young age. As a child, Dexter sold fried dough to the local neighborhood kids. He attended Crosby High School, where he was part of Crosby's culinary program and a member of the FCCLA. After high school, Dexter worked his way through culinary school at the Connecticut Culinary Institute, while working at a local fast-food restaurant and caring for the disabled.
While in school, Dexter completed his internship in Bar Harbor, Maine at Bar Harbor Inn. He also worked at a local diner while in Maine. While in school, Dexter became a member of the American Culinary Federation, also known as the ACF. Dexter graduated at CCI in 2009 for Advanced Culinary Arts.

During Chef Dexter's professional career, he had the opportunity to work at various catering companies and restaurants. In 2016, he decided to step out on faith and start his own company. D. Myles Restaurant Group was born, also known as D. Myles Chef & Catering, where the goal is to feed the soul and make every moment a soulful experience.
As a newly-found business owner, one of Chef Dexter’s goals is to make D. Myles Chef & Catering a household name. When our clients hear it, we want them to think of good service, great food, a fun experience, and how tall the chef was!
